A couple of years ago, I started learning Japanese, and taking lessons. It’s a magnificent language to learn. Very interesting and beautiful.

One of the problems is getting enough use of the language so that it sticks in my mind. To that effect, I have started a series of small blog posts in Japanese, called 日本語の日記。You can access these from the menu.

I’ll also be using this site as a learning tool, and add pages underneath the 日本語 menu item. These will be more for my own benefit.

今日は 午前六時二十分に 起きる のは 不快かったです。昨日の夜 酒を 飲みすぎでした。しかし 今朝に コーヒーを 沢山 飲みます。

今日,私は 家内と 林で 散歩しました。散歩は 九 キロメートル でした。天気は 良かったです。暖かかったです。午後五時に 晩御飯 を 作りました。 この日記を 始めました。
